WF-Q211 Cross Linking Fluorocarbon Resin

1. Compositions

It is made up of cross linking type FEVE fluorocarbon resin, xylene, butyl acetate, etc.

 

2. The characteristic

Ø          It’s color is light, can formulate high gloss metallic coatings and clear coatings

Ø          The high alternating copolymerization degree, narrow molecular weight distribution, and the coating’s weather-proof is supper

Ø          without early yellowing and can keep initial gloss and color during a long period.

Ø           It has still good pigment wetting performance without adding acrylic resin. The resin can mix with weatherproof acrylic resin such as acrylic resin WF-B012 (or WF-B012N) to grind together when formulates special color slurries.

Ø         It can formulate two component coatings that cure at normal temperature and also can formulate such coatings which cure at middle to low and high temperature high than 180.

 

3. Application fields

Ø          High weatherproof fluorocarbon metallic coatings used on architectural out-door wall.

Ø          Metal such as bridge, highway guardrail etc protective fluorocarbon finishes which match with epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide primer-surfacer.

Ø          Other fields require high weather-proof property, high resistance to chemistry.

Ø         Plastic coatings

Ø         Other requirements of high chemical weathering resistance, high character of the field

5. Two-component paint compatibility

WF - Q211: HDI trimer = 10:1; Di-butyl tin di-laurate (DBTDL):  0.02 ~ 0.04% (resin solid)
