WF-J313 Thermosetting Fluorocarbon Resin

1. Compositions

It is made up of cross linking type FEVE fluorocarbon resin, isophorone, butyl acetate etc.

 

2. The characteristic

Ø          Can formulate high gloss light color coatings and clear coatings

Ø          Suits for high temperature baking conditions (PMT 232~249) of coil coating line and not produce yellowing

Ø          The high alternating copolymerization degree, narrow molecular weight distribution, and the coating’s weather-proof is supper performance

Ø          Without early yellowing and can keep initial gloss and color

Ø          Good pigment wetting

 

3. Application fields

Ø          High weatherproof coil coatings,

Ø          Also suits for aluminum extrusion and panel fluorocarbon finishes with process of two coat one bake and three coat one bake,

Ø          Other fields require high weather-proof property, high resistance to chemistry
